Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- You can return items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the items are in their original packaging and unused.
- Items returned within 15 to 30 days will be refunded at 80% of the purchase price to account for restocking fees.
- After 30 days, returns will not be accepted.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
- Certain items, such as custom or personalized orders, clearance items, and consumables, are non-returnable. Contact us if you are unsure about eligibility.
Return Process:
- Initiate a Return: Contact us at support@apsautoparts.co.uk within the eligible time frame, providing your order number and reason for the return.
- Receive Authorization: Once approved, you will receive return instructions, including the shipping address.
- Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent.
Refunds
Refund Terms:
- For returns within 14 days, you will receive a full refund.
- For returns between 15 to 30 days, refunds will be issued at 80% of the original purchase price.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the item is received and inspected.
Partial Refunds for Out-of-Stock Items:
- If an item you ordered is unavailable, we may adjust your order to ship the available items and issue a refund for the out-of-stock items immediately. This ensures you receive the rest of your order as soon as possible.
Partial Refunds for Returns:
- Refunds may be reduced or denied for items that:
- Are returned in a condition other than their original state (e.g., used, damaged, or missing parts).
- Are outside the return period.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, we are here to make it right. Please follow these steps:
- Contact Us Immediately: Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order at support@apsautoparts.co.uk Include photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
- Resolution Options:
- For minor damage, we will supply spare parts (if repairable) free of charge.
- If the item is beyond repair or the incorrect item cannot be exchanged, we will provide a full replacement or refund.
- Return Shipping Costs: We will cover return shipping fees for damaged or incorrect items.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged items not caused by shipping or manufacturing issues.
- Custom or special-order products.
- Clearance or final-sale items.
- Consumables (e.g., oils, chemicals).
Additional Terms
- Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging. Items missing packaging or manuals may be subject to additional fees or denial of return.
- Inspection Fees: For complex machinery or tools, a 10% inspection fee may apply for certain returns, deducted from the refund.
